Tourist Attractions in Krabi

Ao Nang beach
Ao Nang Beach is among the beautiful beaches of Krabi. It is not as bustling as other beeches of the city, but it is reasonably pleasurable to spend time. One can feel closer to the nature and can enjoy the sunset. The beach is located 6 kms south of Hat Noppharat Thara.

Railay Beach
Railay Beach attracts the attention of most of the tourists coming to Thailand. The centre of attraction of the beach is a peninsula, where one can reach only by boat. As the place is quiet isolated, it gives a feel of a lonely island. The two sides of the peninsular comprises of magnificent beaches - the west-facing Sunset Beach and Phra Nang Bay.

Klong Thom Museum Temple
The museum, situated at 69.5 km on Phetchakasem Highway, near the district office at Khlong Thom is famous for its fabulous collection of its artifacts, religious beads, stone tools, stone and ceramic ornaments in animal shapes, which are thousands of years old.

Than Bokkharani National Park
Than Bokkharani National Park is just a half an hour's drive from Ao Nang. The place encompasses magnificent waterfalls, pools and thick tropical forest. The highlight is the hot springs originated in the Khao Nor Juji lowland forest and the pools, which change color themselves as the day advances, from deep emerald green in early morning to turquoise as the sun begins to set.

Ko Phi Phi
Ko Phi Phi, one of the major tourist attractions of Krabi, is a small archipelago in the province of southern Thailand. Although major part of Ko Phi Phi was destroyed by Tsunami in 2004, it continues to be a hotspot for tourists, coming to Thailand. The attraction is located about 40 km away from the city of Krabi.

Tham Sue
Tham Sue, also known as Tiger Cave, is situated nearly 3 kms away from Krabi Town. The place is in the center of the lush green forest consisting some of the ancient trees, Mountains and number of small caves. Numerous tiger paw prints, captured on a stone can be explored in the cave.
